Next STEPS Worldwide, a premier outpatient clinic, seeks a Licensed Therapist Counselor Associate (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW) to join the Houston, TX team in-office. The role offers a competitive annual compensation of $67,000–$70,000 and a $2,500 signing bonus.

You will collaborate with psychologists, therapists, and registered dietitians in a multidisciplinary setting, providing individual and family therapy, assessments, and compliant documentation. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW in Texas.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience in crisis intervention, individual and group therapy.
• Understanding of confidentiality standards and state regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
