Qualifications

• Active licensure as an LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW in Texas.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience including crisis intervention, individual and group therapy.
• Understanding of confidentiality standards, state regulations, and clinical protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
