Next STEPS Worldwide is seeking a Licensed Therapist Associate in Houston, TX to join our in-office team. You will work alongside psychologists, therapists, and dietitians to provide comprehensive care to clients across the lifespan.

Responsibilities include individual and family therapy, clinical assessments, and treatment planning with meticulous documentation. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly valued and encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in TX as LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Clinical experience including crisis intervention, individual and group therapy.
• Understanding of confidentiality, state regulations, and clinical protocols.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are highly valued and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize client outcomes.
