Next STEPS Worldwide in Houston, TX is seeking a Licensed Therapist Associate (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW) to join our in-office team. The role involves individual and family therapy, clinical assessments, and developing treatment plans with a multidisciplinary group.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as an LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW in the State of Texas.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Prior clinical experience including crisis intervention, individual, and family therapy.
• Confidentiality standards, state regulations, and clinical protocols with ethical conduct.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are highly valued and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation with timely updates.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize client outcomes.
