Next STEPS Worldwide in San Antonio, TX seeks a Licensed Therapist Associate (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW) to join our South Lake team. This full-time, in-office role offers a $67,000–$70,000 annual salary and a $2,500 signing bonus, with comprehensive benefits and a collaborative clinical environment.

You will conduct individual and family therapy, perform assessments, and contribute to treatment planning within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in the State of Texas as LPC-Associate or LMFT-Associate.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience in crisis intervention, individual and group therapy.
• Strong confidentiality and clinical protocol knowledge.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are highly valued and encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize client outcomes.
