Next STEPS Worldwide is hiring a Licensed Therapist Associate (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW) for our Lewisville, TX in-office clinic. The role requires bilingual Spanish proficiency and active Texas licensure as LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW in Texas is required.
• Experience with crisis intervention and individual and family therapy is preferred.
• Respect for confidentiality, state regulations, and clinical protocols is essential.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
