Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask effectively and adapt to dynamic demands while delivering timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and encouragement to achieve branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by guiding customers through the loan process.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive, achievement orientation, and a commitment to results.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and explain loan terms and options.
