Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual - Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to individual and branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle, presenting tailored solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems).
• Exhibit passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they understand loan terms and options.
