Responsabilités

• Handle a high volume of calls to and from clients.
• Lead conversations with clients to obtain preliminary case information and overview of services.
• Assist clients with completing initial case documentation promptly.
• Connect clients with attorneys and support teams during initial review.
• Close the initial client engagement efficiently so cases move forward.
• Perform document drafting, calendaring, scheduling, research, and file management with accuracy.
