Louis Berk Law in Orlando is seeking a bilingual Client Intake Specialist to be the first voice prospective clients hear and to turn qualified leads into signed clients. This sales-focused role requires handling a high volume of inbound calls, building trust quickly, gathering and qualifying information, and guiding clients through the retainer process with warmth and urgency.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years in high-volume, phone-based roles (inside sales, legal intake, insurance, admissions, or client services).
• Able to convert conversations into commitments.
• Strong sales and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent data-entry accuracy.
• Typing speed 45+ WPM.
• Experience with CRM or case-management systems.
• Empathy with injured or overwhelmed clients.
• Self-motivated, organised, coachable, and goal-driven.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work on-site in Orlando, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound calls, web leads, chats, and referrals.
• Build trust with prospective clients while confidently leading each conversation.
• Gather complete incident, injury, treatment, insurance, and contact information.
• Qualify leads and escalate legal questions to an attorney when needed.
• Communicate the value of working with Louis Berk Law and ask for the commitment.
• Send retainers during calls and guide signing to secure signed agreements.
• Build accurate, complete client files in Filevine and LeadDocket.
• Meet goals for response time, contact rate, sign-ups, and file completion.
• Participate in coaching and call reviews; apply feedback quickly.
• Protect client confidentiality and direct legal questions to an attorney.
• Take ownership and bring forward solutions, not just problems.
