Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a Leave Analyst to oversee and administer LOA requests and accommodations under FMLA, ADA, and state/local laws for union employees. The role requires bilingual Spanish, 3+ years' LOA/FMLA experience, and a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

You will manage leave records in ADP, prepare metrics, and collaborate with HR and managers on eligibility and process improvements. This direct-hire position in Santa Fe, CA offers $80,000–$90,000 annually plus benefits,

Qualifications

3+ years of Leave of Absence/FMLA experience.
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required; bilingual Spanish.
Experience with union employees and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Manage and track employee leave information using ADP and reporting metrics.
Oversee FMLA leave administration from initial notice through return to work.
Communicate leave responsibilities and documentation to employees.
Collaborate with HR and managers to determine leave eligibility and improvements.
Advise on interaction of leave laws with PTO and disability benefits.
Facilitate return-to-work after extended leave.
Maintain compliance and confidentiality of medical documentation.
Provide training and guidance to LOA specialists.
