Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours to prospective residents and visitors.
• Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with prospects and generate revenue.
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to facilitate leasing or renewal decisions.
• Generate leads by following up via phone and email.
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed about current market conditions.
