Volunteer Properties is seeking a leasing agent to handle inquiries, tours, and promotions for multi-family communities across the region. You will manage leads via phone, email, and online channels, helping potential residents understand lease terms and move-in procedures.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• 2+ years of leasing experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and tech skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations; valid driver's license and insurance proof.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Tour and promote the property.
• Track lead sources and trends
• Prepare units for showings and move-ins.
• Screen applicants (background, income, rental history).
• Explain lease terms, deposits, and move-in procedures.
• Provide resident support and resolve issues.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
