Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking energetic Leasing Consultants in San Antonio, TX to help prospective residents find their next home and deliver an exceptional resident experience.

Responsibilities include tours, applications, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records with OneSite, Knock, and BlueMoon. A friendly, professional demeanor and prior leasing experience are valued; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
• Experience with property management software required: OneSite / Knock / BlueMoon
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups
• Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports
• Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks
• Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed
