Las Villas Apartments in Pasadena is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent to oversee our apartment community. The role involves tours, building relationships, and guiding prospects to lease or renew, while delivering exceptional service in both English and Spanish.

You will create marketing materials, generate leads via phone and email, and develop occupancy strategies aligned with current market trends. Familiarity with social media marketing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Social media savvy and marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors
• Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew
• Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects
• Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market

Requirements

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments required
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
• Social media savvy + marketing experience is a plus
