The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and motivated to achieve leasing goals while upholding our commitment to quality and resident satisfaction. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing or a related customer service/sales role.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, conduct tours, and showcase the community's features and amenities.
• Prepare and explain lease documents accurately to ensure a smooth move-in.
• Assist with applicant screening and compliance with affordable housing programs where applicable.
• Support daily operations with the Property Manager to ensure apartments are move-in ready and meet quality standards.
• Maintain leasing and traffic data, respond to inquiries, and implement marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Engage with residents through service, coordinate events, and foster a welcoming community atmosphere.
• Participate in company training programs to grow knowledge and skills in property management.
• Uphold high standards for customer service and resident satisfaction in all interactions.
