Capstone Management seeks a leasing professional in Fort Worth to drive occupancy and revenue. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move-ins. Daily duties include inspecting units, coordinating with maintenance, and following up to close leases and renewals. Capstone offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of leasing experience in the Multifamily industry.
• Solid sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Active listening skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure move-in readiness with maintenance.
• Track availability, traffic, and leasing activities using on-site software.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease decisions and renewals.
