Qualifications

• Two years of leasing experience in multifamily properties.
• Solid sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments.
• Processing applications, credit screening, and background checks.
• Preparing lease and move-in packages; ensuring smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Inspecting apartments prior to move-in and coordinating maintenance.
• Developing and executing marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Using on-site software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Following up with prospects and residents to finalize leases/ renewals.
