Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Bilingual English & Spanish highly desired.
• Experience with Windows, Word, Excel, Internet, and e-mail.
• Low-income housing and tax credit experience is highly desired.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide A+ customer service and greet/qualify prospects.
• Enter lease information and process applications in Yardi accurately.
• Assist with renewals and renewals notices.
• Maintain resident files and collect payments.
• Support Community Manager and maintain positive resident relations.
