Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish required for resident interactions.
• Minimum 3 years of multifamily leasing experience with proven performance.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing activity through effective sales techniques, prospect follow-up, and relationship building.
• Maintain accurate prospect records, guest cards, and follow-up activities using Yardi and CRM.
• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to increase traffic and generate qualified leads.
• Create engaging social media content, including property tours and campaigns.
• Maintain a strong online presence and manage the property's digital reputation.
• Conduct professional property tours and close leases.
• Assist with resident retention, lease renewals, and resident events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and leasing specials.
• Ensure the leasing office, model apartments, and tour paths are presented to a high standard.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.
