Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Spanish/English) – Atlanta, GA
A growing residential apartment community in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a professional, customer-focused, and sales-driven Bilingual Leasing Consultant to support daily leasing operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and committed to creating a positive experience for prospective and current residents while helping achieve occupancy goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist prospective and current residents in person, over the phone, and through digital communication channels in both English and Spanish
- Conduct property tours and effectively showcase apartment homes, community amenities, pricing, and availability
- Process lease applications, renewals, and resident documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized and up-to-date resident and prospect records within property management systems
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Support marketing, outreach, and resident retention initiatives to drive occupancy and community engagement
- Coordinate move‑ins, move‑outs, and unit inspections
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and leasing procedures
- Build strong relationships with residents and prospects through exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
