Pegasus Residential in Roswell, GA is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant to drive leasing activity, follow up with prospects, and deliver exceptional service to English- and Spanish-speaking residents. You will manage records in Yardi/CRM, create engaging social media content, conduct tours, and close leases while supporting resident events and renewals in a fast-paced Class A multifamily setting.

Key Responsibilities

Drive leasing activity through effective sales techniques, prospect follow-up, and relationship building.

Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and leasing specials.

Ensure the leasing office, model apartments, and tour paths are consistently presented to a high standard.

Deliver exceptional customer service to both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.

Required Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish (required).

Minimum 3 years of multifamily leasing experience, with a strong record of leasing performance.

Hands-on experience with Yardi and CRM systems (required).

Strong social media and digital marketing skills, including experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

Excellent sales, communication, and closing skills.

Professional, polished presentation with strong attention to detail.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with luxury or Class A multifamily communities preferred.
