Job summary

Mandarin Staffing seeks a Bilingual Resident Services & Leasing Associate for a premier residential development in Willets Point, Queens. The role is 80% translation and 20% administrative, acting as the Mandarin-speaking contact for prospective residents and tenants throughout the leasing process.

You will provide outstanding resident service, guide applicants from inquiry to move-in, and support daily leasing office operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Professional, polished in client-facing environments; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct professional apartment tours.
• Serve as the primary Mandarin-speaking resource for prospective tenants and residents.
• Translate and explain leasing documents, policies, and procedures in Mandarin and English.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Respond promptly to inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
