Prospect Equities in Chicago is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Leasing Agent to join our team on a part-time schedule. You will conduct apartment tours, follow up on leads, and help clients through applications and leases, with company-provided ready leads and flexible hours.

This role emphasizes strong Mandarin fluency and excellent English communication, customer focus, and the ability to work by phone, text, email or in person.

Qualifications

• Mandarin Chinese fluency required.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Able to communicate with clients by phone, text, email, and in person.
• Familiarity with the Chicago rental market preferred.
• Leasing, sales, or real estate experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours with prospective renters.
• Follow up with company-provided leads.
• Understand clients’ housing needs and recommend suitable properties.
• Respond to leasing inquiries promptly.
• Assist clients with rental applications, documentation, and lease signing.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and follow-ups.
