Davis Development's Linz Luxury Living in Katy, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to lease our luxury apartment community. You will market properties, prepare lease documents, screen applicants, and coordinate tours to qualify residents.

This role requires full bilingual abilities in English and Spanish, and a proactive, customer-focused approach to deliver great resident experiences and support the Community Manager's targets.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of sales experience required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospective residents and qualify their needs.
• Prepare lease documents and process applications.
• Screen applicants to determine qualification.
• Conduct outreach marketing for community properties.
• Monitor market trends and report to Community Manager.
• Maintain property appearance and daily operations reporting.
