Job summary

Knightvest Residential is seeking a Leasing Professional for our Katy, TX property. You will conduct in-person and virtual tours, respond to inquiries, and guide prospective residents through the leasing process while delivering exceptional service.

You will collaborate with maintenance and office teams to ensure show-ready homes, accurate records, and compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Bilingual English/Spanish required; weekend/evening availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service, sales, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Previous apartment leasing, property management, or real estate experience is a plus.
• Experience with property management software; OneSite experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Customer service-focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of lease agreements, Fair Housing, and property management regulations or completion of Fair Housing training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual property tours highlighting features and amenities.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, text, and online platforms.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, online listings, social media, events, and local outreach.
• Walk prospects through the application and leasing process with clear lease terms.
• Deliver outstanding service to residents and prospective residents.
• Ensure show homes are maintained and move-in ready on schedule.
• Coordinate with maintenance and office teams for move-ins/move-outs and daily operations.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure compliance with Fair Housing standards.
