Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 2 years of multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• LIHTC experience required.
• Strong knowledge of income qualifications and eligibility verification.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and clearly communicate features, rates, and leasing requirements.
• Assist prospective residents with applications, income verification, and eligibility.
• Process applications per LIHTC guidelines and housing regulations.
• Maintain accurate resident files and compliance records.
• Support certifications, recertifications, and interim certifications.
• Explain leases and policies in both English and Spanish; assist with move-ins/outs and renewals.
• Assist with rent collection and resident accounts; respond to inquiries and service requests.
• Maintain occupancy reports and leasing activity records; ensure Fair Housing compliance.
