The ideal candidate has 2+ years in multifamily leasing or property management, strong sales and communication skills, and experience with CRM or PM software. Proficiency in Spanish is required, with on-site responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospect inquiries and follow up promptly.
• Conduct property tours and present available apartments, pricing, and lease terms.
• Assist prospects with applications and lease requirements.
• Support move-in and resident service processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records.
• Assist with renewals and resident retention.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams.
• Support marketing and community leasing activities.
• Maintain leasing documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and property policies.
