Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Irving, TX community. You will greet prospects, show apartments, and process applications and leases compliant with fair housing laws.

The role requires strong communication, sales skills, and the ability to work Saturdays. A bilingual English/Spanish candidate with prior leasing or sales experience is preferred. Medical benefits and retirement plan are included.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of leasing, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.

Then we have an exciting opportunity for you on our leasing team at our 244-unit apartment community conveniently located in Irving near 3 major freeways (161, 183, and 360)! As Leasing Consultant, you make that important first connection with potential residents; you also make a difference in people’s lives by helping them find their perfect apartment home. In addition to greeting prospects, you will also show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. Work Days: Tuesday – Saturday
Work Hours: Tues-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
