Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is hiring a Part-Time Leasing Consultant at a 294-unit luxury community on the edge of Northwest Austin and Cedar Park. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications and leases, and close leases in compliance with fair housing laws.

Requirements include at least 6 months leasing experience, strong communication, and ability to type 30 WPM. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; Saturday work required, driver’s license in Texas is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of leasing experience.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and residents
• Answering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests
• Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely
• Selling features and amenities to prospective residents; showing apartments
• Securing leases

Rate: Starting at $20.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Work Days: Monday - Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver's License.
