Westdale in Irving invites applications for a Leasing Consultant on our 244-unit apartment community. You will be the first connection with potential residents, show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws.

Requirements include at least 1 year of leasing, customer service, or sales experience, bilingual English/Spanish, excellent communication skills, ability to type 30 WPM, and proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook and Yardi or

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and stay organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook; Yardi or similar programs.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors and residents.
• Answer and return resident calls and emails.
• Complete guest cards and lease paperwork accurately and on time.
• Sell features and amenities to prospective residents.
• Show apartments and secure leases.
• Process rental applications in compliance with fair housing laws.

Then we have an exciting opportunity for you on our leasing team at our244-unitapartment community conveniently located in Irving near 3 major freeways (161, 183, and 360)! As Leasing Consultant, you make that important first connection with potential residents; you also make a difference in people’s lives by helping them find their perfect apartment home. In addition to greeting prospects, you will also show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. Requirements

• At least 1 year of leasing, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely
• Selling features and amenities to prospective residents

Work Days: Tuesday – Saturday
Work Hours: Tues-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
