Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant for our Oakcliff area apartment community in South Dallas. You will greet visitors, show apartments, close leases, and process rental applications in compliance with fair housing laws.

The role requires at least 1 year of leasing experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong communication. Monday-Saturday schedule with 8:30-5:30 weekdays and Saturday hours; Texas driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing consultant experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and residents
• Answering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests
• Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely
• Selling features and amenities to prospective residents
• Showing apartments
• Securing leases
