Job summary

Tipton Asset Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a bilingual Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective tenants, driving high occupancy. You will act as the friendly face of the property and support management with resident relations.

We are looking to fill an immediate need for an efficient bilingual Leasing Agent in Dallas, TX to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates.

What do we need you to do? Become the friendly, public face of our property and a key representative of the management office for all current and prospective residents.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service
• Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units
• Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants
• Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments

The Details: Our Leasing Agents should meet the following criteria:

• Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent
• Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite
