Bilingual Leasing Consultant - Element Apartments

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale, completing lease documents, and inspecting apartments to ensure an excellent move-in experience for residents.
• Understand the property's features and how they meet prospective residents' needs.
• Implement creative marketing strategies to increase traffic, including online posts, social media, and outreach marketing.
• Support occupancy and retention by following up with potential and current residents.
• Use problem-solving skills and good judgment to handle unpredictable situations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the property and competitors to provide potential residents with all necessary information.
• Build relationships with residents through courteous and timely responses to their needs and concerns.
• Prepare lease documents, resident files, and applications accurately, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate with teammates to organize resident events.
• Assist in collecting delinquent rents and inspect/prepare the property daily for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

What You Must Have

• Tech-savviness and ability to learn property management software.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
