Job summary

Iberic Malls in Florida is seeking a remote Commercial Leasing Associate who can manage a high-volume conversation flow in English and Spanish, draft communications with AI tools, and advance leads toward signed leases.

You will respond to inquiries, follow up on leads, schedule property visits, present units and terms, and keep pipelines up to date. This fully remote role supports candidates anywhere in Latin America, aligned to Miami time for scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, Claude Code required.
• Proactive, persistent, and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to leasing inquiries by email, phone and text.
• Follow up with leads until a deal is reached or no is given.
• Present available units, explain terms and coordinate property tours.
• Keep conversations and lead statuses up to date in our systems.
• Use AI tools daily to draft communications and organize the pipeline.
