Airdomo Inc. is seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant for the Real Estate sector.

This fully remote role supports client relations, administrative operations, and lead management, with bilingual English and Spanish communication via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Responsibilities include updating CRM systems, preparing property listings and presentations, coordinating with agents, and performing property research.

Qualificações

• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Experience in real estate, property management, or a related administrative role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient with CRM tools and productivity platforms.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Support client relations, administrative operations, and lead management.
• Manage client inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with leads.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and property information.
• Prepare and send property listings, presentations, and follow-up emails.
• Coordinate with agents and marketing teams to keep listings current.
• Perform basic research on properties, neighborhoods, and trends.
• Assist with calendar management, file organization, and data entry.
• Assist with social media posting and light marketing coordination.
