Village at Piney Pointe Apartments in Houston, TX, is seeking a bilingual Leasing Agent to oversee the apartment community near Westheimer and Fondren. You will conduct property tours, use promotional tools to reach prospects, and build relationships to finalize leases and renewals.

Responsibilities include lead generation via phone and email, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing marketing plans to sustain occupancy in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Social media savvy; marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors.
• Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue.
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew.
• Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email.
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects.
• Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market.
