Job summary

Three Pillars Capital in Clear Lake, TX, is seeking a bilingual Leasing Agent to drive leasing activity and turn prospects into residents. You will respond to leads, schedule tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process with a keen eye for closing deals.

Starting as a Leasing Associate offers rapid advancement into Property Management, Regional, or Corporate leadership. We promote from within and reward high performance with opportunity for growth and leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required or strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of marketing and social media experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and closing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified traffic through online and offline marketing.
• Respond to leads and follow up consistently.
• Schedule appointments and conduct apartment tours.
• Convert prospects into new residents.
• Manage the leasing process from first contact through move-in.
• Create marketing initiatives to increase traffic and visibility.
• Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents.
• Help retain residents and reduce turnover.
• Create excitement and demand around the community and available apartments.
