Clayton Pointe Apartments in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a bilingual Leasing Agent with ResMan experience to join our team. You will greet prospective residents, provide tours, and process leasing paperwork.

You will communicate in English and Spanish, answer inquiries with outstanding service, stay informed about specials and market trends, and help maintain a welcoming office and community. Join a friendly team with potential bonus opportunities and growth.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Experience using ResMan required.
• Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
• Leasing or sales experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and provide tours of the community and apartments.
• Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.
• Use ResMan daily to process leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals.
• Respond to calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with excellent customer service.
• Stay informed about leasing specials, community features, and market trends.
• Help maintain a welcoming, professional appearance in the office and throughout the community.
