Indus Management Group in Houston is seeking a Leasing Agent to facilitate property tours, lease apartments to qualified applicants, renew leases, and perform managerial duties related to the property as directed.

The role requires at least six months of customer service experience, bilingual English/Spanish fluency, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and basic MS Office proficiency. Travel locally to onsite communities, corporate office, and local municipalities is required.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Six months of customer service experience is required; leasing experience is a plus.
• Valid state driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to travel locally to onsite communities and offices.

Responsabilidades

• Advertises available units and conducts property tours.
• Greet prospects by presenting features and benefits of the community.
• Secure lease agreements from qualified prospects.
• Screen prospect residents to meet eligibility requirements.
• Complete lease applications and verify information.
• Engage with residents to address questions and concerns.
• Process move-ins and move-outs in line with company procedures.
• Conduct unit inspections to ensure quality.
• Assist Property Manager with renewals and communications.
• Organize and participate in community events.
