The Valcap Group is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent in Denton, TX. The ideal candidate will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and explain community features while communicating fluently in Spanish and English.

At least 1 year of leasing or property management experience is preferred. You will handle leasing paperwork, respond to inquiries, and contribute to meeting occupancy goals in a dynamic office environment.
