Summit Property Management in the North Dallas area is seeking a Leasing Consultant to contact prospects, schedule tours, verify unit availability, and process applications. The role emphasizes customer service and collaboration with onsite teams to maximize traffic using CRM-Knock and marketing efforts.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ years on-site leasing experience, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of on-site leasing experience.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish).
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Contact prospects and assist them with information about the community.
• Set appointments for tours of the property and target apartments/model.
• Ensure CRM-Knock is utilized to generate and maximize traffic.
• Verify apartment availability and pricing is accurate.
• Assist prospects in applying online.
• Coordinate with onsite teams of apartments being toured, tour routes.
• Listen to all resident and prospect requests, complaints, and comments.
• Partner with the Marketing team with all marketing initiatives.
• Complete market surveys.
• Complete monthly training.
• All duties as assigned.
