Job summary

Globaltize in the United States is seeking an experienced bilingual Lead Generation Specialist / Appointment Setter to support our growing insurance team. You will focus on outbound cold calling, lead qualification, CRM management, and booking qualified appointments for insurance agents.

You will work with the District Manager and in-house sales, helping generate opportunities, maintain an active pipeline, and improve outreach efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and appointment setting.
• Experience with high-volume outbound calling campaigns.
• Proficient with CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and appointments.
• Strong prospect qualification and objection-handling skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage potential prospects.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for insurance agents.
• Manage CRM records, lead follow-ups, and prospect nurturing activities.
• Facilitate live call transfers between interested prospects and insurance agents.
• Coordinate round-robin lead distribution across team members.
• Maintain accurate lead databases and contact information.
• Follow established sales workflows and SOPs.
