Quiñónez Agency is seeking a reliable Sales Development Representative to generate qualified insurance sales opportunities for the U.S.-based sales team. You will contact new leads, follow up with prospects, re-engage quotes, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments to keep the pipeline organized for licensed producers.

Requirements include excellent spoken English; Spanish is a strong advantage, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRMs and online tools.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous quotes, winbacks, and qualified customer opportunities.
• Ask discovery questions and identify potential insurance needs.
• Schedule appointments and qualified conversations for licensed producers.
• Maintain accurate notes, contact records, and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
• Track daily activity, contact rates, appointments, and qualified opportunities.
• Follow approved scripts and compliance procedures.
• Attend daily team meetings and communicate pipeline updates.
