Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program seeks a Lead Case Manager to coordinate case management and ensure safe, timely release services for youth and families. This role supervises and trains case managers and ensures completion of training on child welfare topics, with on-site, child-facing service delivery.

Travel may be required to support services; candidates must be able to drive, hold a valid license, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to youth advocacy and family support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services from an accredited institution or bachelor’s degree with 3+ years supervisory/case management experience.
• Valid professional license as required by state or contract regulations.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to drive with reliable vehicle and insurance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate case management and safe, timely release services.
• Supervise, mentor, and train case managers; ensure ongoing trainings.
• Travel as needed to provide services to youth and families in compliance with requirements.
• Develop strong relationships with foster parents and sponsors; support safety and crisis response.
