Job summary

Serve the People, Inc. in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide counseling and care coordination for addiction treatment within our growing behavioral health program.

You will perform biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, collaborate with medical teams, and support patients and families through crisis intervention and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Licensed in California as LCSW with 1 year of clinical experience post-master’s degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Must have a valid NPI.
• Current CPR/BCLS certification for adults and infants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial biopsychosocial intake and ongoing clinical treatment.
• Follow state and federal guidelines for patient care.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure proactive, coordinated care.
• Communicate professionally, enforce policies, and work under pressure.
• Develop biopsychosocial assessments and measurable treatment plans.
