Job summary

Qualifications

• LCSW with current license and supervisory capabilities.
• FQHC experience highly preferred.
• Motivated to provide high-quality healthcare for underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement mental health programs.

• Supervise Patient Care Coordinators and support staff.
