Job summary

Qualifications

• MSW from CSWE-accredited program; CA LCSW license required.
• Trauma-informed care, crisis intervention or integrated behavioral health training preferred.
• Minimum two years post-degree experience in psychosocial assessment, behavioral health, case management, or care coordination.
• Experience with medically complex populations and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical social work assessments and provide psychosocial support.
• Deliver brief therapeutic interventions and crisis intervention as needed.
