Job summary

Qualifications

• California Licensed Clinical Social Worker license is required.
• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited school is required.
• Experience in behavioral health and case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan treatment for behavioral health needs.
• Coordinate medical, behavioral, and social services for members.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals.
• Document clinical assessments and progress notes.
• Facilitate education, support groups, and referrals.
