Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Ability to operate payment systems and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and satisfaction: assist customers with payment systems, machine selection and operation, purchases and wash/dry/fold orders.
• Store safety and security: maintain a safe environment and follow security procedures.
• Store cleanliness and upkeep: keep store clean inside and outside and follow cleaning routines.
• Building and equipment maintenance: document maintenance issues and escalate unsafe situations.
• Retail: maintain product presentation, educate customers and process sales.
• Wash/Dry/Fold: ensure quality service and complete orders with proper logs, address concerns promptly.
• Policies and procedures: adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
